DETERPON JR is a synthetic polymer used as dispersant, sequestering, colloid protector in the preparation, dyeing and finishing of yarns and fabrics.

DETERPON JR has sequestering action on calcium and magnesium ions, without interfering with the dyeing characteristics of the dyes. In the preparation and dyeing operations it prevents the insoluble impurities of the fibers from agglomerating and precipitating in various forms on the goods. During the soaping phase it favors the removal of reactive coloring compounds (alkaline earth metals and hydrolysed reactive dyes) not bound to the fiber. DETERPON JR is a non-foaming product and can also be used in equipment with strong turbulence.
