BIOLAC ALTA CONC is an enzymatic preparation for the cleaning of Backstaining after the enzymatic Stone Wash.
BIOLAC ALTA CONC is an excellent alternative for indigo discoloration without the use of sodium hypochlorite.
BIOLAC ALTA CONC is ecologically non-harmful, and does not involve the epolymerization of cellulose, with consequent loss of fiber resistance and sagging of the seams.
When the indigo dye is put into contact with the active site of a fungal laccase, it is oxidized into colorless histidine, it does not reduce the indigo to the leuco form, light yellow and easily re-air, (as in the case of reduction with glucose or other reducing agent.)
It does not contribute to the COD of the waste water. It does not pollute like hypochlorite bleaching products. Enhances the abraded appearance with a sharper contrast. Decolors in a controlled and reproducible way. It does not weaken the fabric.
