ASTOSOL P, thanks to its lubricating and anti-sticking properties, can be used during the operation of prewashing, dyeing and soaping of natural, cellulosic and acrylic fibers and their mixtures tending to the formation of sticks and folds. It can be used in all high turbulence dyeing equipment, including molinelli, jets, etc. since it does not cause foaming.
ASTOSOL P has no influence on the yield and solidity of dyes.
ASTOSOL P, when applied to foulards, gives acrylic fibers (eg blankets) a remarkable anti-pilling effect.
ASTOSOL P avoids wool felting in scouring and dyeing treatments, reduces the entanglement of the fibers in the yarns and helps to maintain the width of the fabrics unaltered, during washings, dyes, discharges, retreads.
ASTOSOL P improves the final stretch of the fabric, giving a pleasant softness to the touch and reducing the pile effect due to static electricity, in this way it gives anti-pilling effect in the fabrics.
ASTOSOL P is to be considered compatible with all products normally used in preparation and dyeing; we recommend
however, always perform preliminary compatibility tests in the operations in which they are at the same time
present cationic or amphoteric fillers.
